GTA V Delayed Until April 14th!
Today, Rockstar Games had bad news for PC players regarding their highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V. According to Rockstar, the PC version of the game is not ready to go and they have delayed the game once again. The new release date for Grand Theft Auto V is April 14th. Rockstar stated the following in their apologies to PC gamers:
"GTAV for PC will be arriving on April 14th at retail and as a digital download. Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC. As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has pre-ordered the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online."
Those of you who planned on skipping class, work, or other daily activities to play GTA V during its old release, will have to reschedule. Regardless, this only heightens the expectations for PC gamers because now anything other than a flawless release will be considered a failure. At least those of us on the PC won't have to wait for the new game mode Heists, or deal with the issues its bound to have on release. That, and the extra $200,000 in-game cash, is a silver lining to fans eagerly wanting to get their hands on Grand Theft Auto V. Have you pre-ordered GTA V? If so how do you feel about this news?
